No Refunds on Digital Products

All digital products sold through WorlVenture Travel Store—including but not limited to:

  • Downloadable PDFs

  • Digital planners

  • Templates

  • Checklists

  • Courses

  • Travel toolkits

  • Exclusive digital content

are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased and delivered.

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot “take back” access once files have been downloaded or delivered electronically.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product

  • The file is permanently corrupted or inaccessible

  • You did not receive your product after purchase and support could not resolve the issue
